The Customer Service module gives you the ability to respond to customer order inquiries-instantly. It gives you access to information throughout the DYNAMIC 3i system. Using this module you can monitor the customer service performance of your organization.
With Customer Service you can view complete customer status data related to individual
orders or all orders for a customer. Order summaries show: order
types, purchase numbers, order and back order amounts. The shipping history displays all
completed orders.
DYNAMIC 3i displays stock information for products at various warehouses. Users may also inquire about open purchase orders against a particular product and warehouse.
This feature shows the back order status and stock availability of products. For a given product the system displays on-hand, reserved, back ordered, on purchase order, and available quantities for the different warehouses on the system.
DYNAMIC 3i plots stock availability against an "availability horizon" with a running projection of total available quantities set against time-phased purchase orders.

You may retrieve information even if you do not have the complete inquiry key. In such cases the system recognizes any significant string that uniquely identifies the product, customer, or vendor name.
