Client and Team Views

Clients are made part of the team and can view the status of the projects they are involved in. Clients can seamlessly view information pertinent only to them, while other team members can view the full thread of information. All information is tracked and stored centrally in a database. DYNAMIC 3i Engineering Project Management utilizes your email to send and receive information related to tasks.

Document Management

Document files of any format can be uploaded and stored centrally with direct links to the task and sub-tasks if required. Document revisions (if required) are also provided to automatically create a document history from the onset to the completion of a project.

Time Tracking and Billing

Project time and billing is very important in any project. Why not let DYNAMIC 3i Engineering Project Management take care of tracking all time. Not only can information be stored and viewed in a central repository using our Project Collaboration but actual time can be tracked by simply having team members Login to the project.

Upon completion of the project or at predetermined intervals, billing can be extracted and invoiced. Full progress billing for any project is handled by DYNAMIC 3i Engineering Project Management with the Accounts Receivable being handled by a subset of our powerful ERP system – DYNAMIC 3i.

Expense Management

Billing is important but what about Expenses? As with the time why not let team members record expenses directly to the project when they occur. This is handled very simply with DYNAMIC 3i Engineering Project Management. In the same manner that you logon to a project you can log an expense to the project. Data Tracking

DYNAMIC 3i Engineering Project Management offers complete information tracking for all your projects. Third party communications software such as “Skype” a Voice Over IP (VOIP) application can be directly linked into the project communication thread.

Analysis

During and after project completion, full analysis of project cost and status is always available. For example, Project History with links to each individual client projects. Performance Analysis with estimate vs. actual time spent on the project by a variety of breakdowns.
