DYNAMIC 3i Project Collaboration is a collection of web-based applications that allow project teams to communicate together.
In the past, team members would typically track all of their communications on specific tasks by structuring their own format and information filing system. This process was not conducive to providing all project information with team members. DYNAMIC 3i Project Collaboration not only centralizes this communication process it actually links into an existing ERP system (DYNAMIC 3i) to track and analyze time spent on the project or related tasks, invoice time, invoice contracts and even link to payroll. By utilizing a central database repository for information exchange, DYNAMIC 3i Project Collaboration makes any project or task central for all members of a team. The applications can give a first hand glance at whom and what tasks each team member is currently working on. The status of each task and most recent activity.
DYNAMIC 3i Project Collaboration makes use of your existing email applications to standardize communication. All content is tracked and stored centrally in the database. Document files of any format can be uploaded and stored centrally with direct links to the task and sub-tasks if required. Document revisions are also provided to automatically create a document history from the onset to the completion of a task.
Team member contacts can be setup so all members receive notification and can view specific or all information threads occurring between other team members on the project. Third party communications software such as “Skype” a Voice Over IP (VOIP) application can even be directly linked into the project communication thread.
