Quality control is essential in maintaining and managing the high standards of product development. The Quality Control module is designed to provide a method of communication between the quality control department and the production floor. Quality control test sequences can be entered for each individual product that is manufactured. Upon entry of these details the software will generate shop floor work orders with instructions relating to the quality control sequences for execution and feedback analysis. The test can be defined as one requiring an absolute value, acceptable range, minimum or maximum value. The results of tests executed by job number can be entered into the quality tracking for analysis and follow-up.
