DYNAMIC 3i Sales Analysis provide you with a marketing tool for summarizing up to 24 months of accumulated sales history, and for discerning trends. Use it for planning and forecasting.

Reports

DYNAMIC 3i generates highly-detailed reports showing monthly and year-to-date sales for up to two years. To make sales analysis and comparisons easy, you can organize these reports in several ways:

  • province or state and product group
  • salesman, customer and product group

DYNAMIC 3i gives you the flexibility to design reports the way you want. For example, you can show comparisons against budget as opposed to actual sales, or you can compare forecasts against customer demand.

Forecasts

Sales Analysis assists you in fine-tuning your requirements. You can start with a forecast then refine it based on your actual sales figures. To help in the forecasting and planning function DYNAMIC 3i makes all information from Sales Analysis available on-line or in printed form.

Commissions

DYNAMIC 3i's sales data maintenance features improve your ability to track sales. You can set up the system to calculate and to track commissions using a four-tier sales structure. When you have determined your commission register. It also allows for split commission payments.
