Our powerful Job Management dashboard allows users to create service work orders by quickly entering the details of what type of service is required along with some basic details of the type of service such as warranty service, on-site repair, recall service or other such activity. Each job is then flagged as ‘Billable’ or ‘Non-Billable’. Billable jobs can be further categorized ‘Fixed Price’ or ‘Time and Materials’ type jobs. With just a few clicks users can then can easily customers with an instant printed or email quote based on estimated times and service rates or fixed quoted prices.
Each job can then be assigned to an employee, providing service managers with a view to employee schedules. The employee can then utilize the software, through the time and attendance feature, to record actual job time. All labor time is stored on the job for analysis of actual time spent versus the recorded budgeted labor time.
The dashboard also facilitates tracking of all job details whether it be a simple service note or full tracking of communication between a team of service agents working on the job. Communications stored on past jobs become a powerful, searchable knowledge base for your service team. Users can search for past solutions to common problems, building on the wealth of experience captured in your DYNAMIC 3i database.
Billings for service and repair jobs are generated automatically upon completion.
