Structures and routings provides you with a component management tool capable of handling up to 10,000 components per structure level. This can simplify component tracking for manufacturers of complex products.

Timely Delivery

When making a structure, DYNAMIC 3i gives each component an operation number in the costing file. This designation can ensure that materials are delivered to the shop floor the moment they are needed.

Disassembly and Negative Bills

The module generates disassembly bills for salvageable goods, repairs or rework. Negative bills of materials are supported to allow for products of production.

Copying, Verification and Replacement

The system permits ready duplication of existing bills of materials. You can copy established structures and then change only those items unsuited to your new requirements. DYNAMIC 3i's structure verification feature lets you check each structure for loops. Using this module you can enter extensive textual description of products and their bills of materials. With the "parts replacement feature" you may substitute any product component in those structures where it appears.
